FirstPOINT utilizes Empoint’s Agency and Client Administrative portals to consolidate member, eligibility, plan, group, and coverage data. Agency staff control set up of client information, plan building, eligibility rules, pricing information and content management features. Client administrators granted access to their FirstPOINT portal access a number of administrative and communication self-service tools designed to drive down the agency’s internal costs while empowering clients with information. FirstPOINT liberates your eligibility, billing and account management staff by reducing data entry, providing real-time data access and removing account management staff from most low level service inquiries.

ViewPOINT extends information created and maintained in FirstPOINT to the employee or member level. Agency clients and their employees can login with unique passwords and pin numbers, accessing a comprehensive benefit communication portal

In ViewPOINT, employees see timely and relevant information about their benefit programs. InfoSpace, an integral part of the ViewPOINT dashboard, provides agencies with a prominent space to communicate customized messages or support cross selling goals of the agency or agency broker partners.

InfoSpace

InfoSpace content modules leverage the Employee Dashboard potential for highlighting specific employer-sponsored benefits or other value added offerings that may be directed to the employee base. InfoSpace content modules also support communication and sales efforts for programs that are not handled through standard payroll deduction payment strategies. Examples of such programs could be:

  • Banking products such as high rate Money Market Accounts, Home Equity loans, HSA Rollover options and CD’s
  • "Boutique" benefits such as Pet Insurance, College Savings programs and Identity Theft programs
  • Consumer oriented programs such as Auto and Homeowners insurance, Estate Planning services and other private insurance needs
  • InfoSpace content modules to deliver targeted messages on existing products, specific product features or support cross selling efforts

Info Space allows your agency to leverage the employee traffic within your employer accounts supported via Empoint technology. In addition, the employee and employer benefit information stored within the Empoint database can be utilized to further pinpoint prospects for more effective cross selling of additional products and services.
